4. Delivery

- Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the published cutoff time for your ZIP code. Orders placed within one hour of the cutoff time may be subject to next-day delivery at the florist's discretion.
- Delivery Dates: You may select your preferred delivery date at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on your selected date, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the florist may leave the order in a safe location, with a neighbor, or attempt redelivery. We are not liable for orders left unattended.

If a specific flower or component is unavailable, the fulfilling florist may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color scheme of the arrangement. We will attempt to notify you of significant substitutions.
6. Payment
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
