4. Delivery

  • Delivery Zones: We deliver to select ZIP codes across the United States. Delivery availability is verified at checkout based on your ZIP code.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the published cutoff time for your ZIP code. Orders placed within one hour of the cutoff time may be subject to next-day delivery at the florist's discretion.
  • Delivery Dates: You may select your preferred delivery date at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on your selected date, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the florist may leave the order in a safe location, with a neighbor, or attempt redelivery. We are not liable for orders left unattended.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your ZIP code and order type and will be shown at checkout.

5. Product Descriptions & Substitutions

We strive to accurately represent all products on our website. However, actual flowers and arrangements may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability, regional differences, and the handcrafted nature of floral arrangements.

If a specific flower or component is unavailable, the fulfilling florist may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color scheme of the arrangement. We will attempt to notify you of significant substitutions.


6. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including taxes and delivery fees.
